How we ask for reviews
Google removes reviews given in exchange for a gift. Here is what every ReviewsBoost page does, for every guest of every business.
The same request for every guest
Happy or not, every guest gets the same request and the same link to Google. Nobody is sorted by what they think.
No rating before the link
We ask for no rating before the review link appears. No filter sends some guests to Google and the others elsewhere.
The review request names no prize
The text that asks for the review mentions no prize and no reward, on the guest page and on the printed card.
The review link comes before the game
The guest taps the review link before the game. The game opens 18 seconds after that tap. Nothing checks that a review was written, and a venue can show “Skip” to let guests play without the tap. In Italy and Germany the game comes first: see below.
In Italy and Germany, the game first
At a venue in Italy or Germany, no review is asked to play: the game opens at once and the page shows no review link. After the game, a guest can tick an unticked box to ask for the review link by email. ReviewsBoost sends it once, the next day, on the venue’s behalf, with no suggested text. The address is deleted 30 days after the email is sent, and at most 45 days after the request.
The winner gives an email address
To receive their code, the winner gives an email address. It is used to send them the code, which also shows on screen. The venue receives it and can export it; it is kept as long as the venue exists.

No quotas, no names
Staff have no review target, and the card asks guests to name nobody.
No suggested rating
We ask for a review, positive or negative. We never suggest the top rating.
A prize can have pickup conditions, shown with the result.
From the second visit on, a venue may ask you to follow it on a social network. The follow is never checked.
Our price never depends on how many reviews you get or what they say.
